Beautiful, Comfortable Rooms

For your Midcoast Maine vacation, choose lodging at our New Harbor bed and breakfast or cottage rentals. Each accommodation is uniquely decorated in keeping with The Bradley Inn’s coastal design. The Main Inn Building is three floors with 10 guest rooms and a suite. The large living room and the restaurant, in which breakfast is served, are in the Main Inn Building as well. The Carriage House, which is across the parking lot, has two guest rooms and one suite. The Garden Cottage is located on the front lawn near the gazebo. All rooms and suites have their own bathrooms and include luxury amenities.

Main Inn

The main building of The Bradley Inn has 10 guest rooms and a suite that either look out to John’s Bay in the distance or onto the beautiful perennial gardens that grace the property. Each room of our New Harbor B&B is uniquely decorated and includes its own private bathroom. The nightly room rates are based upon double occupancy and include a full breakfast.

Seafarer

The Seafarer is a bright first-floor room, decorated in a navy and white nautical theme. It features a queen-size bed, newly finished original wide plank pine flooring, comfortable chairs, a small private bathroom with a high toilet, newly tiled floor and a walk-in shower that contains grab bars and windows overlooking the front garden.

A shower seat is available upon request. Note that the room has a load-bearing beam that makes it somewhat difficult to roll a wheelchair around the room, and the bathroom is too small for a wheelchair.

Oyster Bed

The Oyster Bed Room is a pleasant first-floor room decorated in shades of soft white with a pearlescent purple/mauve wall, a queen-size bed, comfortable chairs, a private bathroom with a tub/shower, and a lovely view of the front garden.

Siren’s Song

Siren’s Song offers views of the back gardens and a peek of John’s Bay between the trees. A siren is a mermaid-like creature that sings to sailors to throw them off course. The décor reflects the sea, with mermaid wall art, sea green color and beautiful bedside lamps the color of the sea. This is a corner room on the second floor and features a king bed, a peaceful sitting area and a newly tiled private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Sand Dollar

Sand Dollar is located on the second floor with a glimpse of John’s Bay through the trees. This large room has been recently renovated with new wood flooring, colors, and furniture. The room is painted in a bright selection of greiges with a new king bed, ceiling fan and brown chairs. We have added an antique desk for those of you that would like to work and stay. It has its own newly tiled private bathroom with a shower/tub.

Rugosa

Rugosa is a second-floor room, which was named after the beach rose and is decorated in soft peach with navy blue accents. This room overlooks the back gardens with a sneak peek of John’s Bay in the distance. It features a king-size bed, wide pine plank flooring, a spacious sitting area, and a newly tiled private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Inner Heron

Inner Heron is a spacious third-floor corner room named after a small island off the point. The room overlooks the back gardens and John’s Bay in the distance. Bayview

Bayview is a spacious third-floor room that is decorated in shades of teal and a pop of yellow, with beautiful cathedral ceilings. Longliner

Longliner, nestled in the corner of the third floor, is a spacious nautically themed room overlooking the back gardens and John’s Bay in the distance. Longliner harbors many maritime artifacts, including a swordfish scrimshaw carving. It features a cathedral ceiling, a corner gas fireplace, a queen-size four-poster bed, a spacious sitting area, and a newly tiled private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Puffins Nest Suite

The Puffin’s Nest Suite is a newly renovated spacious, bright, seven-window, third-floor suite. It is comprised of two front rooms with a large, fully remodeled bathroom. Walls are painted a warm greige, with black and gold accent lighting. The bedroom has a king-size bed, with black-out Roman shades installed on all windows. A bright hallway leads you to the living room with a teal couch, grey chair and ottoman, pub-style table with stools, and a refrigerator/freezer. The private bathroom, accessed by the bedroom/living room connecting hallway, features a 6-foot tiled shower, floating vanity, black hardware, black and gold lighting and white with accent tile, for a fresh and modern, yet appropriate, look. The room looks out towards the front gardens.

Carriage House

The Carriage House, a renovated barn that contains two guest rooms and one suite, is set slightly away from the main building of The Bradley Inn. These guest rooms are peaceful and private – the ideal choice for your Midcoast Maine vacation.

Carriage House Suite

This spacious suite occupies the entire second floor of the Carriage House and can accommodate up to four guests. Note rates are for double occupancy. It features a living room space with a gas fireplace, cozy corner seating areas, one for reading and one for relaxing with a glass of wine or cup of tea. It includes a full kitchen and dining area, beautiful cathedral ceilings, and views of the grounds and John’s Bay in the distance. The shiplap-walled master bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the loft offers a queen-size bed. The suite has a private bathroom with a tiled shower.

Alewives is located on the first floor of the Carriage House. This room is dressed in lovely shades of blue and off white. Alewives includes an adjacent room, connected via a private hall, with two twin beds.
