What a beautiful fall we have had, we joke that we brought the California weather with us to Maine, clear blue skies and warm temperatures. We have been quite surprised at how well our vegetable gardens did as well, they have been prolific. So much so we can use the produce in our restaurant. I frequently saute and roast garden veggies and herbs to serve for breakfast, to many accolades. I have actually had Inn guests say they want to take me home to cook for them, it can’t get better than that.
Now that I have a few extra minutes in the day I will be writing more often to share and keep you all up to date on what we are doing at The Bradley Inn!
